The message highlighted menstrual health as an important factor in supporting girls’ attendance, retention, safety, and overall wellbeing within the education system.

The Ministry also highlighted ongoing efforts to support adolescent girls nationwide, including the distribution of hygiene kits to more than 10,000 vulnerable girls and the deployment of Guidance Counselors to provide support in schools across Liberia.
