2026 Kingdom of Morocco Scholarship Opportunity
The Government of Liberia, through the Ministry of Education, in partnership with the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, is offering 105 fully funded scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year. The scholarship programs range from three (3) to four (4) years, including one year of French language instruction. All academic programs will be conducted entirely in French.

General Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a Liberian citizen
- Have obtained at least seven (7) credits, including Mathematics and English, in the WASSCE for Bachelor’s Degree and General Medicine programs;
- Have obtained at least six (6) credits, including Mathematics and English, in the WASSCE for TVET programs;
- Be no more than twenty-eight (28) years of age as of September 1, 2026, for TVET programs only;
- Be no more than twenty-two (22) years of age as of September 1, 2026, for Bachelor’s Degree programs.

- Notarised Photocopies of High School transcript
- Notarised Photocopies of High School Diploma
- Notarised Photocopies of WASSCE Certificates
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate;
- Photocopy of a valid ECOWAS-Liberian Biometric Passport;
- A valid Medical Certificate issued by the designated medical facility: Jorkpen Town Medical Laboratory. ( opposite Don Bosco High School, 8th Street, Sinkor;Medical certificate)
- 6 white background passport-size Photos (Applicant’s full name and nationality must be written on back of each photograph)
- CV (Should include current phone number and email address)
- Two confidential recommendation letters
- Recent Police Clearance
- Personal Statement
