The Minister of Education, Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, delivered the keynote address at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning Professional Women Association (MFDP-PWA) Women’s Interactive Forum, held under the theme “Women Unite, Inspire to Change.”
The forum brought together female professionals within MFDP to strengthen solidarity, professional growth, and leadership engagement in public service.
In her remarks, Dr. Jallah reflected on the responsibility women carry in shaping institutions. She emphasized that meaningful empowerment is not defined by presence alone, but by influence in planning, budgeting, policy execution, and accountability.
She encouraged women across the public sector to lead with competence, integrity, and discipline, noting that institutional transformation requires women who are prepared to shape decisions, not simply observe them.
When women support one another strategically, institutions grow stronger and governance becomes more responsive.
