The Ministry of Education is pleased to disclose the Labor Management Procedures (LMP) for the Excellence in Learning in Liberia (EXCEL) Project. The LMP outlines the policies, procedures, and commitments guiding labor management under the project, including provisions for fair treatment, grievance redress, and safeguards for workers. Disclosure of this document fulfills the Ministry’s legal covenant under the project and demonstrates our commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective implementation.
